1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases placed through the WiseQ website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Account registration
You don't need to create an account to make purchases on our website. If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. Orders
By placing an order on our website you represent that you are authorized to enter into this transaction.
WiseQ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders if fraud, abuse, or incorrect pricing is suspected. In that case, the full purchase price will be refunded.
4. Prices and payments
All prices on our website are listed in euros (€), including VAT and excluding any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
WiseQ strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is displayed during checkout.
Delays due to force majeure or external factors (such as carriers or customs) are beyond our responsibility.
The risk of loss or damage to products only passes to the customer when the order is received by the customer or a designated third party.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days and the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
⚠️ Exception:
For hygiene reasons , headphones or earbuds with broken seals cannot be returned. The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. For business orders, such as those for schools or companies, different terms may apply.
7. Warranty
All WiseQ products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, calculated from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects that arise during normal use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to:
- damage caused by incorrect or careless use;
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then provide a suitable solution—repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Product information and availability
WiseQ strives to display product information and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations between the display and the actual product may occur.
All product offers are subject to availability. If a product you order is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, designs, and product names—is the property of WiseQ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use this content without prior written permission from WiseQ.
10. Privacy

11. Limitation of liability
WiseQ is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of data resulting from the use of our products or website, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
In all cases, maximum liability remains limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
