At WiseQ we do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase.
Not completely satisfied, or is there something wrong with the product? Don't worry, returning it is easy with us.

Step 2: Prepare return shipment

After consultation, you can return the product to:

👉Important :

Please include your order number and name in the package or on the shipping label.

Please return the product in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

If possible, use the original shipping box.

Return period

We have a return period of 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving a reason.
This 14-day period starts when the package is received.
Please note: the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Processing and refund

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 2 working days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Return costs

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
In that case we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons , headphones or earphones whose seal has been broken cannot be returned .

So please check your order carefully before opening the packaging.
